TheRubinLab.com debuts at C-EBLIP 2016
TheRubinLab.com officially debuts at the Centre for Evidence Based Library & Information Practice 2016 fall symposium! Building the website was a collaborative product with Shannon Lucky, an Assistant Librarian in the Library Systems & Information Technology unit at the U of S. We presented our experiences building the online home for the Rubin lab, our associated Flickr page and our recommendations for other researchers wanting to build their online presence. Our talk/abstract entitled: “Online Presence for Researchers: Using Website and Social Media for Knowledge Dissemination, Collaboration, and Profile Raising (While Still Having Time to do Your Research)”.
